Privacy Policy

Zuletzt aktualisiert 14 Juli 2026

This privacy policy explains what information Crypto House (crypto-house.net) collects, why, and what your rights are. We are a news and education publication, not a data business — you can read everything here for free, without an account, and we collect as little as possible.

Who we are

Crypto House is an independent crypto news, education and analysis publication, published by the Crypto House desk. For any privacy question, or to exercise a right below, contact the desk with “Privacy” in the subject line.

What we collect

  • No account, minimal data. Browsing Crypto House does not require you to give us any personal information.
  • Server and security logs. Like all websites, our servers and our CDN (Cloudflare) process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe to The House Brief, we process the email address you give us, solely to send you the newsletter. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe.
  • Analytics (when enabled). We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which content is useful; if enabled it is described in our cookie policy.

Live-Marktdaten

Our prices, charts and market figures are proxied server-side from keyless public sources (such as Binance public market data, Alternative.me and DefiLlama). Because we proxy them, your browser requests data from us rather than being handed off to third-party data providers — which keeps your browsing private by design.

We use the limited data above to operate and secure the site, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to improve our coverage. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning publication, and your consent for the newsletter (which you can withdraw at any time).

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site — for example our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and, when enabled, an email newsletter provider and analytics provider — who process it on our behalf. We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact the desk. This policy sits alongside our cookie policy and terms of service.
